We are seeking a skilled and experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facility. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving skills.

```Responsibilities:```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate parts or components as needed
- Manage work orders and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Oversee contractors and vendors when necessary
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff

- Strong project management skills
